MICHAEL D. SENNEFF, ESQ. Mr. Senneff has broad experience in the resolution of employment, contract, business, construction, personal injury, professional negligence, and family law disputes. He has tried scores of cases to conclusion, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts. Mr. Senneff has regularly represented public entities in complex civil rights and tort disputes as well as contractors and developers in construction and development disputes. He has been actively engaged in ADR for more than 15 years, conducting many mediations and arbitrations. Mr. Senneff has served as a Judge Pro-Tem of the Superior Court in the County of Sonoma, has participated in the Court's mediation panels and has acted as a private mediator and arbitrator. Mr. Senneff brings a sense of "reason and practicality" to his ADR practice. He has a 'down-to-earth' style and is well noted for his knowlege of the law, insight and integrity. Mr. Senneff has a perceptive understanding of people and recognizes hidden agendas that may otherwise stand in the way of settlement. He has handled multimillion dollar cases involving lender liability, professional negligence, taxation of geothermal properties, product liability, insurance bad faith, civil rights disputes, and family law. His broad business litigation experience includes matters involving partnership dissolution, real estate, employment, contract, construction and development.
