ERIC STERNBERGER, ESQ.

ADR EXPERIENCE & SPECIALTIES

Mr. Sternberger is translating his experience in negotiating and resolving complex and competing interests between businesses, as well as internally among management and owners, to the mediation setting. Where appropriate, his mediations will take on a boardroom feel and proceed in a business-focused manner. In other instances, mediations will proceed in the more traditional facilitative and evaluative format. Ultimately his goals are your goals, to diligently and creatively achieve a satisfactory resolution for the parties.
