A PRESIDENT'S PROFILE

Diane Levinson-Fass, is Founder, President and CEO of the prominent Northern California ADR firm. A native of San Francisco and resident of Marin County, Ms. Levinson-Fass has been referred to as one of the leaders and architects of ADR in the San Francisco Bay Area! In 1986, Diane began her career in alternative dispute resolution as a co-founder of Judicial Resources, Inc. where she quickly established a ADR market for a distinguished panel of retired judges by working extensively with law firms and insurance companies.

In 1988, Judicial Arbitration & Mediation Services (JAMS) took over the company and Ms. Levinson-Fass was charged with the development of the entire Northern California operation. As Regional Vice President of JAMS, she was responsible for operations, business development and marketing for seven offices in California, Washington and Oregon.

In 1991, Ms. Levinson-Fass joined the Washington, D.C. based firm of Endispute as Executive Director. She successfully established their Northern California presence and was instrumental in their purchase of the Bates Edwards Group. In 1994, JAMS and Endispute merged and Ms. Levinson-Fass left the firm to pursue a long desired goal to establish her own company.

Ms. Levinson-Fass has completed mediation training to assist in her professional management duties. She is a published author of many articles on the subject of ADR and is a current member of the National California Mediation Association; Advisors for Dispute Resolution; SPIDR; and the American Bar Association - Dispute Resolution Section.

THE COMPANY

RESOLUTION REMEDIES was borne out of the desire for a smaller, more intimate organization, providing quality personal service for our clients and our panel of professionals. With large national ADR providers such as JAMS/Endispute and the American Arbitration Association, it was clear that there seemed to be a "gap" between the sole practitioner and the large ADR company, in that there were no small companies providing complete ADR services at the local level.

Established in June of 1995, the company is located in Northern California, servicing the San Francisco Bay Area with 13 conference facilities. Our headquarters are in San Rafael, Ca., just north of the City of San Francisco, with offices in San Francisco (3 locations), Oakland, Walnut Creek, Emeryville, Santa Rosa, Sacramento and others.
