HON. JEANNE MARTIN BUCKLEY (Ret.)

Well known for her compassion and tenacity, Commissioner Jeanne Martin Buckley served as the sole settlement judge for all long cause family law cases in Sonoma County for 14 years. Since her retirement, she has been actively engaged in ADR, achieving a near perfect settlement rate. Comm. JUDGE VERNON F. SMITH (Ret.)

Judge Vernon Smith retired from the Marin County Superior Court in 2007 after twenty-five years of judicial service. PATRICK M. BRODERICK, Esq.

Patrick Broderick has experience in many areas of the legal community. CLAYTON E. CLEMENT, Esq.

Mr. Clement has been actively engaged in ADR for more than 15 years, conducting many arbitrations and mediations for both plaintiffs and defendants in the areas of business, real estate, construction, contract and professional liability. He has served as settlement judge pro-tem and has been appointed pro-tem trial judge in court and jury cases for the Sonoma Superior Court. W. GREGORY ENGEL, Esq.

GARY A. WEINER, Esq.

Gary A.
