Mr. Engel has arbitrated and mediated numerous construction, personal injury, employment, sexual discrimination, business and real estate matters. He has served as Special Master and has extensive experience and special expertise in construction litigation, including mediating multiple party matters concerning subcontractors, contractors, design professionals and owners. Mr. Engel is very knowledgeable and has excellent "people skills" - which he incorporates in his mediation style.

Prior to joining Resolution Remedies, Mr. Engel was a member of the American Arbitration Association panel of arbitrators for 15 years and arbitrated countless matters to conclusion during that period.

  • Mr. Engel is an experienced trial attorney with 20 years of experience in civil litigation, including but not limited to, construction defect, insurance defense, plaintiff personal injury, business and commercial matters, real estate, employment and insurance coverage. Mr. Engel serves as "of counsel" to the law firm of Bianchi, Engel, Keegin & Talkington.
